First trip of the year, and this time to Spain. This time we boocked our tickets by Bravo Tours. We felt a bit down this winter and wanted the sun and warm weather, so we decided that we were going to the Canary Islands, and choose Tenerife, we have been here before, but this time we wanted to stay at Playa de las Américas and not a bad choice we might add, there was so much to see here. We had rented a car that was waiting for us at the airport, and we only paid 1,500 Danish kroner for a week. Our hotel Paraíso del Sol, 500 meters from the beach is a great hotel with very good breakfast every morning. Every day for a week we had around 22-26 degrees and sun, fantastic. A great place to visit is the 'Pyramids of Güímar', who would have guessed that there were pyramids at Tenerife. Also a place worth getting a visit, is the volcano 'Teide' and 'Teide National Park'. We give our trip to Tenerife 4 stars.
